Join us and become part of WVB Centuria GmbH. To strengthen our teams in Berlin and Northern Germany, we are looking for - in full-time - one construction technician (m/f/d) each as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of construction projects, building/apartment refurbishments in compliance with technical, commercial, legal and deadline specifications and framework conditions.
• Professional assessment of building damage
• Knowledge of public procurement and building law
• Initiation of repair measures to maintain road safety in residential and commercial properties
• Obtaining tenders and awarding contracts for construction work, acceptance of construction work
• Ensuring that all work on the property is carried out in accordance with quality standards, deadlines and costs
• Coordination of all companies and trades involved in construction and legally compliant documentation of construction sites on site
• Invoice verification and correspondence with contractors, tenants and authorities

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable studies or degree as construction technician (m/f/d).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility, preferably in residential construction
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Personal initiative, willingness to work, ability to work in a team and a pronounced understanding of service
• Very good communication skills and strong organisational skills
• Confident appearance, flexibility and negotiating skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working
• Willingness to travel and driving licence class B
