Gas price regulator - December 2022

The Federal Government will take over the December 2022 discount for gas and district heating supplies from the respective supplier for private household customers and medium-sized companies.

This means:

As provided for by the Federal Government, the instalment to be refunded for December 2022 will be taken into account in your service charge statement 2022 if your flat is supplied via a gas central heating system or by means of district heating. As a result, you will have to make the full advance heating cost payments for December 2022. In addition, we would like to point out that the heating cost prepayments may also include non-refundable items such as metering services, operating electricity, chimney sweep and maintenance costs. Only the pure energy costs for December 2022 will be reimbursed.

If you purchase natural gas directly from your supplier, you will find all the relevant information on your supplier's website.

WVB Centuria employees donate to children's hospice Berliner Herz.

Social commitment is a top priority at WVB Centuria throughout the year. One of the highlights, however, was the raffle at the staff Christmas party. This time, as an exception due to the current CORONA situation, the raffle took place on 24 June 2022. This year, the proceeds of 1,285 euros will go to the Berliner Herz children's hospice.

The Berlin Heart Children's Hospice offers its partial and full inpatient services to children, adolescents and young adults up to 27 years of age with life-shortening illnesses and their families and relatives.

As WVB Centuria, we naturally all want to support such valuable assistance as provided by the voluntary and full-time staff of the children's hospice.

For the management of WVB Centuria, social commitment is one of the declared corporate goals. We are pleased to be able to hand over the donation and thank the hospice for their great work.
